Swaminarayan Temple being built in the United Arab Emirates, devotees will be able to benefit from the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers.

Features of the temple
Lord Shri Krishna, Lord Maheshwara, Lord Ayyappa, and others will be established in this temple. Along with this, the beautiful garden and water lake, special architect and beauty, the theme of the architect Vasudaiva Kutumbakam, will be made by Indian artists.
Three water streams are being created inside the temple. In this, the holy water of Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati will be flown from India.
The site is located at Abu Mureikhah, which is near Al Rahba off the Dubai–Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Highway. The temple, upon completion, will be the first traditional Hindu stone temple in the Middle East.
The BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, which is headed by Mahant Swami Maharaj, is a denomination of the Swaminarayan branch of Hinduism.
The temple is inspired by Pramukh Swami Maharaj and blessed by Mahant Swami Maharaj, and will be situated on 55,000 square meters of land. The temple will be hand-carved by artisans in India and assembled in the UAE.
Om Birla Visit to Abu Dhabi’s temple
The special thing is that only the artisans of Rajasthan are giving these streams. When Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla reached the temple on Wednesday, he also met these artisans. Birla is currently on a five-day visit to the United Arab Emirates with the Indian Parliamentarian Dal.
Birla was stunned to see the grandeur of the temple on Wednesday. Birla was told that the decision to build this temple was taken in 2015, while the work started in 2018.
The UAE Government as part of its year of tolerance program allocated 14 more acres of land to BAPS Hindu Mandir in January 2019. This temple is now having a total land of 27.7 acres.
Its work is expected to be completed in 2024. Birla also served in the construction work of the temple. During this, the workers working there also reached to meet Birla.
Many of these artisans and laborers were also from the Bharatpur and Alwar regions of Rajasthan. Birla discussed with him many topics including well-being, work, and facilities available to him.
This temple will be completed at a total cost of 400 million dinars (Rs 699 crores). Arrangements will be made for the visitor center, prayer hall, exhibition room, training area, play area for children and youth, thematic garden, and food court.
